I graduated from Iowa State University in 1981 with a BS degree in Industrial Education along with a coaching license. I landed my first teaching job with the Sioux Valley-Round Lake School Districts in 1981 and have been a part of the RL-B District ever since. I teach a variety of subjects in Industrial Tech. I also am the Activities Director for the school districts and coach the boys basketball team. I have been married to my wonderful wife Martha for 24 years. She is a dental hygienist and works in Worthington. We have 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son. Molly is the oldest. She is a senior in college and attends SDSU in Brookings. She is currently enrolled in the Dietetics program with a minor in Chemistry and Nutrition . Lon David is a junior in college at Dakota State University, Madison South Dakota. He received his AA degree upon graduation from MN. West. He is continuing his education with the goal to become a Elementary Education & Health teacher. Mara is in the 11th grade. Just like her brother and sister, Mara stays busy with the activities the school has to offer. I find the most enjoyable things to do are to spend time with my wife and children. Martha and I get great satisfaction watching & supporting our children as they participate and compete in the many activities they are involved with. I almost forgot another important member of our family is Tommy. Tommy is a miniature long haired dachshund and has been a part of the family for 13 years.
